As Paris fashion week came to a close it was only right that Louis Vuitton has the closing show.

Protesters Stormed the stage holing fabric signs reading “OVERCONSUMPTION=EXTINCTION” and “FASHION ON A DEAD PLANIT” There where 3 signs mention at the bottom of the activists signs publicly aligning their selfs as: Amis de le Terre (Friends of the Earth) France, Extinction Rebellion and Youth for Climate. There was also sightings for more protesters out side of the venue, Louvre.
The protesters marched down the same catwalk as the models causing a lot of stir within the audience, eventually security caught up with the protesters tackled them down and carried them out.
The Extension Rebellion France took to instagram writing “La planète brûle mais la mode regarde ailleurs” translating roughly to “The planet is burning, but fashion looks elsewhere.”
Louis Vuittons Spring/Summer 2022 Ready-to-wear collection focuses on how clothes evolve and transform through different eras uniting wardrobes of different eras. With 45 different looks including lavish elaborately embellished dresses, open-toe satin wrestling boots, beaded head peaces, nouveau sunglasses. beaded bias-cut slip dresses, jeans, cut jean jacket.
